How do you decide how much sells/trades are worth?
We base our sells/trades on the retail price of the book, the condition it's in,
customer demand, and our current stock.
What is your return policy?
We do not offer returns on our used books, but do offer a 2 week return (from date on receipt) on our
comfort items. Simply bring in your item in its original condition along with its receipt.
What is your loyalty program?
Buy 10 books and get your 11th free! Once you enroll in our program,
we will keep track of the books that you buy. When you buy your 10th book,
we will average out the price of those books, and give you a coupon for that amount!
Is your online bookstore up-to-date?
We do our best to keep our online bookstore up-to-date! However, we are a small business, so when
we get a big order in - it can take some time to input all the new items!

Can customers ship used books to you?
While we are always thrilled to receive books, we cannot accept them via shipping for sells/trades.
We need to be able to see the books in person to verify condition before making an offer.
If you are donating books, we can accept them via shipping.
What's your LOTO Shelf?
Books that aren't in sellable condition can be donated to our LOTO (Leave One Take One) Shelf.
Customers can leave books or take books at their leisure.
When meeting customers for buys/sells/trades, we will always have our LOTO items with us.
